Article Two - The Consumer's Legal Capacity:

The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to deal with the store, or that their age is not less than eighteen years.

The consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, they will bear the consequences of this violation before others.

Article Three - Nature of the Commitment:

Article Four - Usage Controls:

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying to join membership in this store as a user, you are committed to disclosing specific information and choosing a username and a secret password to use when accessing the store's services. By doing so, you have agreed to:

Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to immediately notify this store of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.

The store will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any direct or indirect, moral or material loss that may befall you as a result of the disclosure of the consumer's username or password.

You are committed to using your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, this is an indication that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and for your account.

You are committed to using the store seriously and credibly.

You are committed to disclosing real, correct, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and you are committed to updating your data if it changes in reality or if there is a need to do so.

The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts, and are an independent argument, in meeting systemic and legal needs.

The consumer agrees that it is possible to communicate with them and inform them of any provisions related to this agreement or related to dealing with them by the store's management broadcasting general messages that reach all consumers or specific users of the store.

Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

In the event that any article or clause in this agreement is canceled or if any article or clause in this agreement is no longer effective, such a matter does not negate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses, rules, and provisions contained in this agreement, and they remain in effect until further notice from the store's management.

This agreement - which is amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the mechanism of work, understanding, and agreement between (the consumer) and (the store).

The store may impose fees on some consumers, which depends on the offers, products, or services they request or on the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

The store reserves its right to add, increase, decrease, or discount any fees or expenses under the articles, clauses, and provisions of the user agreement, on any of the consumers, whatever the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment and Settlement Services for Stores in the Store:

The store provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system. Payment can be made entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method the store provides from time to time.

The store is committed to determining the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the generally accepted market value.

The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and delivery receipts for all amounts and profits that arise in its store, and is committed to giving the consumer an invoice for their purchase of a service or product.

The store is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its electronic store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests of this regulation.

Article Nine - Intellectual Property:

Article Ten - Store Responsibility:

The store is committed to conducting its commercial work through this electronic platform in a systematic manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

The store is not responsible for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether resulting directly or indirectly, incidentally, or by the consumer or by a third party such as shipping companies.

(Store name) and its employees, owners, and representatives are committed that the (product or service) is sound, legal, and authorized according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store can suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict the consumer's access to the platform's services at any time and without notice for any reason, and without limitation.

Article Twelve - Applicable Law or System:

This user agreement is governed and drafted according to the laws, regulations, and legislation in force and applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is subject completely and entirely to the systems in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Thirteen - General Provisions:

In the event that any article or clause in this user agreement is canceled or that any article or clause in the user agreement is no longer effective, such a matter does not negate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses, and provisions contained in the user agreement, and they remain in effect until further notice from the store's management.

This user agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the user agreement and the mechanism of work, understanding, agreement, and contracting between the store and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement also agree to take the following into consideration:

The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when it is translated into another language.

All prices displayed for the store's services or products may be adjusted from time to time.

The promotional or marketing offers that the store may place are temporary offers, as the store has the right to amend these promotional or marketing offers at any time or stop them.

The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations, and laws in force related to the nature of the dealing between the store and the consumer.

This user agreement is not canceled except by a decision issued by the store's management.
